Ms. Paula Kupersanin has nearly a decade of tutoring and teaching experience.   She has taught from elementary to university levels, including students with learning disorders such as ADD and ADHD.   Her focused content areas include Mathematics (Elementary to Pre-Calculus), French, Spanish, English, ESOL, Computer Skills, and “Empowered Learning: Study and Organizational Skills.”  


Our director graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in French Language and Literature.  She is fluent in English, Spanish and French.  While in high school, she began tutoring when her pre-calculus teacher  asked her to tutor fellow students outside of the school setting.  Since then, her talent for helping others learn has become her passion.  


Her work experience also includes coordinating and teaching reading and writing programs that utilized the “Voyager Passport” curriculum.  These programs were sponsored by Supplemental Educational Services (SES).In her free time, Ms. Kupersanin also enjoys and has taught numerous creative after-school programs such as painting, piano playing, yoga, jewelry and fashion design, digital photography, experimental sculpture, and collaging.  She practices physically and mentally nurturing activities including yoga, meditation, and a vegetarian diet.
